Counseling Ministry

     Don’t we all need someone who will listen? Here at the Melbourne Church of Christ we want to meet this need in a loving way. We have many ways in which we accomplish this: through our ministers, elders, brothers and sisters. We also have a counselor on staff.  There are many reasons why someone may want to speak with a counselor:past and present emotional trauma, fears, stressors, relationship issues, divorce, addictions, guilt, etc. Sometimes we could just use someone to talk to that will listen with a supportive and empathetic ear. This is available for our members, member’s family and friends as well as our community, at no charge.

Involvement Ministry

     The Involvement Ministry is designed to assist those who are seeking to clarify their personal spiritual gifts given to them by God, and ministry opportunities in our church and community. This ministry is designed to help guide and bring people and ministries together.  We want to assist in identifying and clarifying one’s gifts and help match people up with a desired ministry. There are many opportunities to serve in our congregation. All are encouraged and welcome to become involved.
